Teacher Professional Development Programme
 
Teaching Competencies-Self Learning with support provided by TTP in terms of workshops
and tutorials.
Requirements will include work-based assessments, portfolio development and industry
internships.
Selected Modules will be taught by International and local experts.
Delivery will be over a period of 9 months.
NACTE are reviewing the programme to be accredited as a professional development programme
for technical teachers.

Goals:
To upgrade the standards of vocational teaching in tourism studies.

Objective:
Prepare existing and recently recruited teachers in tourism subject at the
National College of Tourism, (NCT), for the delivery of national curricula.
